1:22 P.M.; SMITH HALL
Reporting party advised that his door was vandalized. An officer responded and confirmed there was a hardened substance in the keyhole of the dorm room door. Facilities Maintenance was called and repaired the door.

3:18 P.M.; ALOSTA PLACE
Reporting party called in saying that when they woke up this morning they found their window broken. An officer responded and took a report.

9:49 P.M.; UNIVERSITY PARK
Reporting party called and advised that their vehicle had been broken into over the weekend. They advised that nothing was taken from the vehicle, but the windows were broken. An officer responded and took a report.
TUESDAY, JAN. 22, 2008
12:43 P.M.; MAGNOLIA COURT
Reporting party advised of a student in the area who was having trouble breathing and was going in and out of consciousness. Paramedics were called and they responded along with the fire department and an ambulance.
