Looking For Love? Take 25 Like The Bachelor

The Bachelor is a weekly celebration of soul mate searching, catfights and loss of superficial love.

Now in The Bachelor’s 13th season, single father Jason Mesnick is about to propose to the woman of his dreams on Monday’s season finale.

America already fell for this boyishly handsome sweetheart after watching him get rejected while on one knee, ring in hand, proposing to last season’s bachelorette, Dianna Pappas.

America will watch Monday night—analyzing each commercial break tease to predict whose shoes will emerge from the limousine first.

Until then the question remains: who will he choose?

There is Molly—the 24-year-old department store buyer from Grand Rapids, Michigan. The two seem to have an intense connection, mostly because he loves her eyes. She seems genuine and self-assured.

Or, there is Melissa—the 25-year-old sales representative from Dallas, Texas. She has been unlucky in love—deeming herself the serial ‘dumpee.’ This may be the fairytale she deserves after her past heartache.

The fun of scrutinizing each clip, reaction, facial expression and word is all part of the appeal that brings fans, like me, back season after season.

It doesn’t seem to matter that not one single bachelor to date has actually said the words ‘I do’ to the woman left standing with a rose in her hand and a ring on her finger.

Fans, like myself, don’t seem to doubt that each season, the final couple will last forever—that is, if he picks your favorite.

And, even if he doesn’t it must be because he knows something you don’t, so… they must at least have a shot at happily ever after. Right?

The cast of hopeful brides must not be aware of the show’s track record either. Each woman is determined to triumph under the watchful eye of the nation—hopefully including ex-boyfriends and high school crushes.

Their stars have aligned and the time has come for true love to find them in the form of a single rose.

Mesnick will give away one last rose in the long awaited final episode on Monday, March 2.

Last week, host Chris Harrison mysteriously alluded to a twist in this season’s finale—one that will include an additional episode following the ‘After the Final Rose’ show.

Recently, conspiracy theories surfaced questioning the outcome.

This season, blogs are buzzing with tips and theories on who will start a life with Jason.

I, for one, am all about conspiracy theories and am itching to know the details!

Drama, drama, drama. But hey that’s why we watch right?
