Reporting party advised of three males jumping over the handrails and down the hill by the science building construction. The reporting party advised that it appeared moderately unsafe and requested that officers make contact with the individuals. The reporting party advised that the subjects appeared to be students trying to locate a location to film. Officers made contact with the subjects and told them not to climb over the rails. They were compliant.

Reporting party called advising of a suspicious person on the roof in the area entering the building with a flashlight. An officer checked the area, but was unable to locate any suspicious persons.
BALLOON AND RUN
Reporting party came in reporting that water balloons were thrown at his vehicle from another moving silver Honda Civic. The reporting party was unable to provide a license plate. The officer reported seeing the vehicle leave the APU campus at Citrus Ave. and University Drive, turning on Citrus Ave. The vehicle was last seen speeding southbound on Citrus.
