Reporting party came in reporting that an unidentified suspect had walked over her car leaving a dent on the roof.

Officer observed a male subject standing in a dark corner and appeared to be urinating. Officer contacted the subject who
identified himself as a student that was locked out of his apartment. Officer counseled the subject then provided a lockout.
